The purpose of this organization is to take up a projects with a drive to improve leadership qualities. Leaders are not those self declared but identified by the people. To start with Projects, the critical parameters would be, the concept of the project, the methodology / approach in executing the project, a feasibility study of the project concept and methodology. Post feasiblity study, the finance requirement of the project will be arrived at and then a suitable project manager will be deployed by the organization.
The Project Manager will be completely responsible for taking up the project and executing of the same. First task is to create a timeline for execution and completion. The PM will take the responsiblity of finding resources whereas support will be provided by the organization.
